The Order Process
What is your shipping range?
Currently, we are only shipping to the continental United States. Our range might be expanded in the near future but no orders are currently being accepted overseas or outside of the lower 48 states.
How often do you ship and how?
All orders will be shipped next business day and all will be sent UPS or FedEx, whichever is cheaper. Tracking information will be provided as soon as the item(s) has/have shipped. USPS is not an option due to the lack of real-time shipping updates but no item will ever cost you more than $7.99 to ship! Multiple items will never cost more than $9.99, no matter the size of the order!
When you have paid for the order, you might not automatically receive an immediate invoice via email but this site will always have the latest updates available through your account. We will endeavor to keep you updated via email, as well.
Returns and exchanges

We try to be 100% accurate in our listings so that you can make a proper assessment. Since each item is an individual work of art, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges, unless item is defective due to manufacturing fault. In this case, shipping for a defective return is to be paid by the item purchaser. Returned items will be assessed upon receipt and a refund will be issued once the item has been inspected. Please contact us for any defects or possible returns in advance.
Item sizes and bottle diameters
Bottle stoppers will be described several ways: 1) Wine stoppers will be placed upon a common wine bottle and a photograph of each stopper will be included for your assessment. 2) Bourbon stoppers will vary in size, as will bottle neck sizes. We try to display each one on top of a common bourbon bottle so you can accurately assess them before purchase, however, we do not accept returns due to incorrect bottle neck sizing. BE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT BOTTLE YOU ARE ATTEMPTING TO SIZE! If you have a specific bottle and want to know it the stopper will fit, please contact us in advance via the contact form and tell us as much about the brand and bottle as possible and we will do our best to help you with sizing.
